Overview In this role you lead hands-on cabin interior projects, guiding a small team of technicians to craft functional, elegant aircraft cabins.
You’ll coordinate with Engineering and Certifying staff to keep milestones, quality, and budgets on track.
You’ll oversee installation sequences, defect handling, and parts ordering, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Estimate manpower needs and align resources with project demands.
Oversee cabin installation and define removal/reinstallation sequences on assigned aircraft.
Monitor shops involved in modifications and refurbishment; liaise with Engineering to resolve issues.
Participate in aircraft meetings to track progress and align with project milestones.
Open defect reports and ensure timely parts ordering; follow PR, CMM, OMM, AMM procedures; ensure SAP closure and coordination with certifying staff.
Monitor budget and schedule adherence; ensure on-time delivery within scope.
Zentrale Anforderungen Strong leadership and team-coaching experience.
Proven aviation background with knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance standards.
Project management experience including budget control and timeline tracking.
Proficient in reading/working with CMM, AMM, OMM, engineering drawings, and PR documentation.
Confident with SAP usage.
Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus.
