Задачи:
- Lead the strategy for BAD Product
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems
- Uncover user friction through customer research, support data, telemetry, and internal team feedback
- Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys covering purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across sub-systems to build a clear, unified user experience
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA from early discovery through launch and continuous iteration
- Define and track key product metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand
- Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
- Build a seamless and resilient licensing and administration experience
- Clarify ambiguous systems and simplify fragmented customer flows
- Establish reliable product metrics and remove friction for developers and admins
Требования:
- Demonstrated ownership of outcomes, not just task completion
- Focus on underlying problems and desired outcomes rather than immediate feature requests
- Comfort with technical complexity, trade-offs, and systems thinking
- Preference for quality, long-term sustainability, and user trust over short-term fixes
- Ability to make grounded decisions using customer research, analytics, and experimentation
- Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams and distinct business areas
- Proven track record of managing technically complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product areas end to end
- Hands-on experience driving product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization
- Experience navigating complex customer journeys, multi-team dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience making data-informed decisions using telemetry, product metrics, and experimentation
- Ability to work comfortably with engineering teams on technical details, APIs, data models, and system integrations
- Fluency in English
