About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance acc. EASA Part-145.
- You identify malfunctions and damage, perform troubleshooting, and ensure their professional rectification.
- Assembling and installing Aircraft components and equipment.
- Ensure that the AMOS System is updated on a regular basis in order to reflect maintenance activities, component changes and manhours.
- Upon completion of the work, you release aircraft in compliance with regulations and ensure their airworthiness.
- Report work in progress, defects, problems, or delays.
- Make sure that assigned tools are maintained in a good condition.
- Keep the work environment in a clean and safe condition.
- Supervision and guidance of CAT-A technicians as required.
Profile
- Holder of an EASA Part-66 Category B1 License.
- Completed Human Factors, Part-145 Initial/Refresher, EWIS Initial/Refresher, and Fuel Tank Safety Initial/Refresher training.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid technical understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes.
- Extensive experience working with complex technical systems and performing aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Good knowledge of EASA regulatory requirements, including familiarity with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Part-145.
- Previous experience in Business Aviation environments is considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of PC networking technologies and IT-related systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AMOS Maintenance Management System is advantageous.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Well-organized and methodical, with a structured approach to work and strong awareness of cost-effective practices.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work early and late shifts as operational requirements dictate.
- Eager to continuously develop new skills and learn new processes through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders in a dynamic operational environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
