Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the capacity building of the vehicle attribute definition methodology for EU projects;
- Provide comprehensive guidance and promotion for the vehicle performance integration and development of the Jetour EU project, such as project planning, product positioning, target setting, development process, benchmarking suggestions, test drives, milestone acceptance, and troubleshooting and handling of after-sales issues;
- Communicate and align various attributes, manage development plans and cycles, conduct regular status reports, and implement risk assessment & control;
- Communicate with the domestic project team in a timely manner, provide development suggestions, feedback and improve issues, and accumulate experience and data;
- Customer insight. Research cutting-edge technology trends, lead and enhance the capabilities of attribute development and product competitiveness.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Sufficient experience in developing the overall vehicle attributes for the EU market;
- Have managed or been responsible for multiple attributes, with at least one of structural durability, safety, NVH, or VD; Power Performance and Fuel Economy, Autonomous Driving, Intelligent Cockpit, Packaging, Ride/Comfort, and Material/ELV/Product ESG are considered as bonus points. If none of the above are applicable, then experience as a Project Technical Chief Engineer of complete vehicle is required;
- Excellent oral English skills, with German and Chinese being pluses;
- Excellent driving ability, capable of subjective evaluation for benchmarking and attribute target acceptance, and providing guiding suggestions for chassis tuning.
