Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for comprehensive management of vehicle projects in the European market, ensuring smooth project progression according to schedule, quality, and cost targets, enhancing Chery's product competitiveness in the European market. Must possess excellent multi-project management capabilities and stress resistance.
1. Responsible for building vehicle project management capabilities for EU projects
2. Provide comprehensive guidance and advancement for Jetour EU vehicle project development, including:
- Project planning and management
- Product positioning and target setting
- Development process optimization
- Benchmarking suggestions and competitive analysis
- Test drive arrangements
- Node acceptance and milestone management
- After-sales issue troubleshooting and handling
3. Communicate and align various development units, control development plans and cycles:
- Cross-department coordination and communication
- Development plan monitoring and adjustment
- Regular status reporting
- Risk management and response
4. Timely communication with domestic project teams, providing development suggestions, feedback, and improvement issues:
- Experience accumulation and data sedimentation
- Problem feedback and improvement suggestions
5. User insight, research on cutting-edge technology trends, leading and enhancing product competitiveness
Qualifications/Requirements:
**Basic Requirements**
1. Have experience in vehicle project management or development for the European market.
2. Managed or been responsible for development units:
- At least one of: Body, Interior/Exterior, Chassis, Powertrain systems.
- Regulations, Testing, Intelligent Driving, and Intelligent Cockpit are plus factors.
- If none of the above, must have experience as project technical manager or integration manager.
3. Have excellent English speaking ability.
- German and Chinese are plus factors.
4. Have engineering vehicle driving ability, capable of conducting subjective evaluation benchmarking and acceptance.
5. Have the ability to assist in interfacing with multiple projects team in China and withstand pressure:
- Maintain efficiency and composure in high-intensity work environments.
- Possess excellent priority management and time management skills.

**Education Background**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or related fields.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Short-term travel in China required.
