Head of Product Management

We are looking for a Head of Product Management to drive the development and optimisation of our ULD management solutions. You will shape our product strategy, enhance our service offerings and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the industry.

While this position does not include direct team leadership, you will play a key role in influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Development of new products and product features as well as defining the product standards.
• Providing guidance on the creation and subsequent approval decisions regarding customer-specific adaptations.
• Manage the development and implementation of measures required for product implementation, such as go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives, in collaboration with marketing and regional sales organisations.
• Monitor and strategically develop the existing product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle, taking into account market and customer requirements to improve or ensure the company\’s competitiveness, with regular reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed university degree, ideally in industrial engineering or knowledge from training or professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably ULD management, product management & sales.
• Confident and professional appearance, persuasive and assertive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to proficiently collaborate effectively both across departments and external stakeholders.
• Results-oriented, strategic, and cross-company thinking and action.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure; willingness to travel.
