Jil Sander is seeking the ideal candidate for our Munich store as In Store Client Developer.

Main Responsibilities

1. Supporting the team to create an excellent and unique customer experience.
2. Building authentic and lasting relationships with colleagues by promoting professional growth, listening with respect, and fostering inclusion.
3. Serving as a link between colleagues and the store manager in the sales area to guide and achieve team objectives, acting as a mentor by offering insights and experiences.
4. Contributing to the development and execution of corporate plans to boost sales across product categories and customer segments.
5. Providing excellent, specialized customer service to foster long-term relationships through CRM initiatives.
6. Modeling quality sales and self-leadership, actively participating in team efforts, and helping resolve issues positively.
7. Assisting the store manager in driving store strategy to maximize sales performance.
8. Supporting team members to work effectively and independently, fostering enthusiasm and positive team spirit.
