Strategic Planning & System Design: Formulate long‑term warehouse development strategies and annual operational plans that strictly align with corporate objectives; design optimized warehouse layouts and equipment allocation schemes to drive standardization, intelligent upgrades, and significant improvements in operational efficiency.
End‑to‑End Operations Oversight: Manage the entire logistics lifecycle, from inbound receiving and storage to outbound order fulfillment; continuously monitor critical performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover ratesand accuracylevels, whileoptimizingtaskroutingandresourceallocation toensureseamless, error‑freeoperationsandminimizepotentiallosses.
