Job Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect returned high-value consumer electronics, including mobile phones, graphics cards and game consoles, assessing both appearance and functionality.
• Conduct serial number/IMEI, cosmetic, functional, accessory and packaging completeness checks in accordance with inspection SOPs.
• Identify product substitution, unauthorized disassembly, component replacement, counterfeiting, missing items and other irregularities, and assess the associated risks.
• Perform further disassembly, hardware and performance testing on abnormal products, and assist with authenticity verification when necessary.
• Properly retain inspection results and supporting evidence, including photos and videos, and accurately record the information in the system.
• Classify and process products based on inspection results, including normal restocking, refurbishment or repair, second-hand grading, exception interception or scrapping.
• Continuously summarize typical product substitution and irregularity cases, and assist in improving inspection standards, SOPs and risk identification rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in the inspection or repair of electronic products, mobile phones, computer hardware or game consoles; more than two years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with the hardware structure, functions and basic fault-diagnosis methods of common consumer electronics.
• Strong irregularity detection and problem-analysis skills, with the ability to identify unauthorized disassembly, component replacement, product substitution and similar issues.
• Experience in the repair, refurbishment, quality inspection or second-hand assessment of mobile phones, graphics cards or game consoles is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong awareness of accurate data recording and evidence preservation.
