Main products included copper tube, rod, wire, plate, strip, busbar electromagnetic wire, valve, magnetic materials and high-end alloys such as brass, bronze, copper and copper nickel etc. Responsibilities: Organize the development of new products, technologies, processes, and equipment, and promote their implementation in subsidiary companies; Conduct in-depth research, collect and analyze global industry information, benchmark customer needs and development trends, competitor technologies and advancements, as well as information on advanced technology and equipment suppliers, and compile reports; Develop new product technical requirements and product development plans based on the company's strategic needs; Oversee the introduction of new products to benchmark customers. Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; More than 10 years of experience in production technology R D roles at internationally renowned copper processing enterprises; Experience in leading or serving as a principal contributor in the development of copper or copper alloy products for applications in new energy vehicles, 5G, home appliances, or electrical engineering fields. Additional Note: Experience with copper products in either tube/strip/sheet/busbar or rod/wire directions is acceptable. Location: Europe/China
