We have a strong product portfolio today and a strong pipeline for the future. /p pAre you passionate about advancing healthcare technology and providing exceptional clinical support? /p h3We are searching for the best talent to us as a Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist, Electrophysiology (EP) in Zug, Switzerland. /h3 pThe Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, compliant and efficient execution of pricing, contract and master data processes. This position partners closely with the local Sales and Clinical teams, as well as Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to support sustainable growth and operational excellence across the local EP business. /p h3As a Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist , your responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liLearn and apply our pricing logic, hierarchy, and business models to prepare quotes and pricing proposals. /li liManage the full contract lifecycle: review contracts for completeness and accuracy, track signatures, archive contracts, and ensure that negotiated terms are implemented in systems. /li liMaintain pricing and commercial conditions in corporate systems; act as the local power user and point of contact for the contract repository and pricing data governance. /li liInvestigate and resolve price discrepancies and validate credit notes. /li liCalculate and create one-time customer offers. /li liOwn and maintain master data for HCPs, customers, and products in line with compliance requirements. /li liManage user access requests and related administrative tasks. /li liTest, pilot, and roll out digital pricing tools, and support their adoption. /li liDesign and implement process controls, SOX-relevant documentation, and other measures that strengthen data quality, compliance, and operational execution. /li liProduce and maintain recurring dashboards and ad hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. /li liExperience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations, sales support, or master data management, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industry environment. /li liFluent German and professional-level English skills are required; French is an advantage. /li liStrong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data systems is an advantage. /li liStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels. /li /ul pFrom our side, we are promising a collaborative and encouraging working environment with outstanding career opportunities in our global organization. /p pAt Johnson Johnson, we want every candidate to feel supported throughout the hiring process.
