Director – Fit-Out (m/w/d) Project & Development Services

Join us at JLL as a Director – Fit-Out (m/w/d) Project & Development Services in Frankfurt am Main.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team Fit-Out, overseeing project execution and team growth.
• Acquire new projects through network and initiative, manage contracts and resources.
• Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction in projects.
• Manage project managers and team members to ensure project success.
• Apply expertise in project management for complex Fit-Out projects and related services; act as project leader.
• Operate entrepreneurially to support long-term market position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• At least 10 years experience in the realization phase of renovation and new build projects.
• Experience in Space Planning, New-Work concepts, and workplace regulations.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (AHO, HOAI, VOB, DIN).
• Experience with project management software like MS Project or COOR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Interest in building client relationships.
• Strong team and communication skills.
