Team Lead Projekt Management Hochbau (m / f / d)

Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Project & Development Services suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Team Manager Project Management am Standort München für die Region Süd.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Strategische Leitung eines regionalen Projekt Management Teams (Hochbau-Schwerpunkt)
• Führung Coaching und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
• Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung
• P&L-Verantwortung und Budgetplanung
• Entwicklung von Neukundenstrategien und Akquise

Anforderungsprofil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt / Bauingenieur oder vergleichbar
• Min. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bau- und Projektmanagement
• Fundierte Kenntnisse: Baukosten Terminplanung HOAI / AHO / VOB Planungsrecht
• Exzellente Führungsqualitäten mit Remote Leadership-Erfahrung
• Akquisitionsstärke und unternehmerische Denkweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
