Introduction
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the food distribution sector. We are looking for a talented and motivated Deputy Head Chef to join our team. If you are passionate about gastronomy and wish to contribute to culinary excellence, this position is made for you!
Location & Hours
Morges - Lausanne region / Monday to Friday during the day - 42 hours per week - Exceptional weekend shifts
Responsibilities

- Supervise and train the kitchen team to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. - Participate in the creation and development of new dishes and menus. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. - Manage stocks and orders to optimise costs and minimise waste. - Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent experience. - Previous experience as a Sous-Chef or Deputy Head Chef. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. - Thorough knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards in Switzerland. - Fluency in French; knowledge of German or English is an asset.
