We are looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Head Chef to join our team.
If you are passionate about gastronomy and wish to contribute to culinary excellence, this position is for you!Location & Hours Morges - Lausanne region / Monday to Friday during the day - 42 hours per week - Exceptional weekend cases Responsibilities- Supervise and train the kitchen team to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.- Participate in the creation of new menus.- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.- Manage stocks and orders to optimize costs and minimize waste.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a customer experience.
Requirements- Degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.- Previous experience as a Sous-Chef or Assistant Head Chef.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.- In-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.- Proficiency in French, knowledge of German or English is an asset.
