Site Supervisor – Construction Sites & After-Sales Service, Dairy IndustryLocation: Romont, Activity rate: 100%About usSugnaux SA, a company of the JNJ Group, designs and installs equipment for the dairy and cheese industry.MissionYou ensure the technical and logistical management of interventions outside the company: mechanical and electrical assembly of equipment, industrial piping, and welding. You supervise and support the team on site, guarantee safety, coordinate with other stakeholders and companies, and ensure stock management via the ERP. Between two construction sites, you also ensure technical monitoring and after-sales service for our installations already in place, switching from one to the other according to the workload.Responsibilities- Lead and supervise construction sites for the commissioning of our installations: mechanical and electrical assembly, industrial piping, welding- Supervise and distribute work within the assembly team (piping, locksmithing, mechanical, electrical) and subcontractors- Follow the execution schedule and deliveries- Read and interpret architect plans, isometrics, P&ID diagrams, and electrical diagrams- Participate in site meetings and ensure the technical interface between the project manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders- Perform functional tests, water tests, and I/O point tests- Between construction sites, ensure after-sales service for our installations at our clients' premises: diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance- Participate in on-call services according to the schedule- Prepare the necessary equipment for interventions and manage stocks via the ERP- Follow up on non-conformities and propose solutions- Contribute occasionally to the design of projects and the development of machinesYour profile- Technical training (CFC or federal diploma) in electromechanics, locksmithing, or process engineering- Confirmed experience in site supervision and team management on construction sites- Experience in industrial assembly and process engineering, ideally in the agri-food or dairy sector- Knowledge of TIG welding, industrial piping, mechanics, electrotechnics, and ability to read and interpret technical plans, isometrics, and P&ID diagrams- Knowledge of ERP systems (stocks, logistics) and the Office suite- Hydraulics and thermal engineering, milk technology, and agri-food hygiene: a plus- Driving license B, BE a plus- Languages: Fluent French, GermanPersonal qualities- Leadership, autonomy, and sense of responsibility- Flexibility- Ability to switch between construction sites and after-sales service without losing technical rigor on either- Management of stress, unforeseen events, and priorities- Good interpersonal skills — you represent Sugnaux in the field- Rigor, precision, sense of quality workWhat we offer- A varied position, alternating between construction sites and specialized technical interventions- A work environment within a solid industrial group (JNJ Group), with direct exchanges- 5 weeks of vacation- Mobile hours adapted according to construction sites and on-call servicesStart dateImmediately or by agreementInterested?We would be delighted to discover your application file including:- CV- Cover letter- Work certificates jida5d42b9aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
