Your profile
- 3 Qualified nurse HF with several years of nursing experience
- 3 Communicative, committed and reliable with high social competence
- 3 Flexible and empathetic
- 3 Good German skills in spoken and written
- 3 Good IT skills (MS Office, electronic nursing documentation and care needs system)
Your main tasks
- 3 Support of the residential area management in leadership and organisational matters
- 3 Active participation in the nursing team
- 3 Organisation and participation in medical visits, conducting family discussions
- 3 Responsible for the care and support of 20 residents including advising relatives
- 3 Care needs assessment of residents according to RAI-LTCF
- 3 Also interested as a vocational trainer for FaGe apprentices or HF students
