As the Business Development Director – Parts Repair Services, you will be responsible for the relationship and business development activities for third‑party Engine Parts Repairs and lead the sales activities across the SR Technics Repair network, including Zurich and Cork. You will report to the Head of Parts Repair Services and support the strategy definition and related execution of the Business unit. Responsibilities
Lead sales and business development activities for Zurich and Cork (SRTAS) Engine Parts Repairs & Components, driving growth, maintaining existing business, and securing new opportunities. Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and a deep understanding of customer objectives to create winning business strategies. Monitor repair market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing regular market insights and maintaining a comprehensive competitive landscape to support product innovation and market attractiveness. Plan, implement, and lead marketing, advertising, communication, and business development campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Communications, ensuring alignment with SR Technics brand strategy and image. Represent SR Technics at industry and aviation events, promoting brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities. Ensure accurate and complete maintenance of customer, project, and reporting data within CRM systems (Salesforce) to support effective sales management and decision‑making. Qualifications
Business development / sales specialization in accordance with Parts Repair Services with deep customer knowledge and experience of products (5+ years). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience. Relevant regional & international contacts within the aviation industry. Ability to execute multiple tasks independently, flexibly, and rapidly. Outstanding presentation, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think with innovation and drive creative thinking into the business development arena and improve results year over year. Fluent in English. Benefits
