You will have multiple tasks which include: /pulliReview and validate digital asset deposits and withdrawals from an AML/CTF standpoint, in accordance with the Bank's delegation framework. /liliPerform crypto due diligence and blockchain investigations, including the analysis of monitoring alerts, wallets, counterparties and exposure to high-risk activities. /liliAssess and document clients' digital asset-related Source of Funds and Source of Wealth. /liliIdentify and escalation potentially suspicious activities and sanctions-related exposure to the relevant Compliance teams. /liliParticipate in key regulatory projects related to digital assets and contribute to the optimization of internal processes and guidelines. /liliDraft, review, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and guidelines related to digital assets and crypto-related activities. /liliProvide training and support to new employees on operational processes, and deliver guidance to Compliance teams on the effective use of digital tools and systems. /liliRespond to inquiries and information requests from regulatory authorities, counterparties, and FINMA regarding digital assets, cryptocurrency-related matters, and associated compliance topics. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Law or Economics, or proven relevant experience in AML/CTF compliance, including digital assets. /liliMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within a financial institution or in an AML/CTF compliance role related to digital assets. /liliProven experience in blockchain analysis, crypto due diligence, Source of Funds and Source of Wealth assessments, with a strong understanding of related financial crime risks. /liliExperience with blockchain analytics tools such as Lukka, TRM Labs, Chainalysis or equivalent solutions. /liliKnowledge of Swiss AML laws, including AMLA, AMLO-FINMA and CDB, and other applicable regulations. /liliExcellent command of English and French.
