Join the team and support us on our mission. /ph3THE POSITION /h3ulliDesign, build, test, implement and coordinate operation of security systems within the FIFA environment. /liliSupport FIFA Product Managers, as well as other FIFA functions to ensure FIFA-s new and existing digital products comply with cybersecurity standards and guidelines. /liliLead vulnerability patch management, coordinate penetration tests, third party risk management and plan concrete action to remediate the findings. /liliProvide security architecture expertise and consulting/advisory to support business and IT solutions in designing and implementing secure solutions. /liliReview AI based solutions, concepts, and processes. /liliReview current security measures, recommend enhancements, identify areas of weakness, and respond promptly to possible security breaches. /liliLead coordination of Cloud Security standards and compliance monitoring as well as the remediation plan. /liliCoordinate regular system tests and ensure the continuous monitoring of information security. /liliExecute the Cybersecurity Programme as defined in the Roadmap. /liliActively participate to investigations on Cybersecurity incidents. /liliSupport incident response and crisis preparedness (incl. simulations and technical exercises). /liliPlan, execute and deliver on time, on scope and within budget on projects directly assigned to her/him. /li /ulh3YOUR PROFILE /h3pWe work hard at FIFA. Always. /ppFor all roles, we seek talented people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a global mindset. /ph3The specific competencies we require for this position are: /h3ulliProven track record in crafting comprehensive security policies and procedures, guiding technology teams through secure and continuous deployment practices. /liliFamiliar with compliance initiatives and security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, PCI DSS and FedRAMP. /liliExperience in securing Cloud Technologies and in Secure Development Lifecycle. /liliExperience with professional execution of cyber security projects as a project manager as well as excellent and step-by-step communication. /liliClient oriented, efficient and effective. /liliAbility to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. /liliExcellent planning, documentation and organizational skills. /liliSelf-disciplined and self-starter and able to work independently. /liliAt ease at working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. /liliUniversity degree or similar higher education, in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. /liliProfessional certifications in the area of cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CISA) would be an advantage. /lili5-7 years of experience in a similar role. /liliIn-depth knowledge and experience in: vulnerability scanning and auditing tools; enterprise-scale cloud, network, firewall, endpoint detection and response architectures and products. /liliBroad understanding of Firewalls and Network Security (Palo Alto, Fortigate etc.). /liliBroad understanding of mail security practices (DMARC, DKIM, SPF etc.). /liliBroad understanding of in cloud security principles and frameworks. /liliBroad understanding of log management and aggregation (SIEM). /liliBroad understanding of cybersecurity incident management. /liliFluent in English; Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset. /liliWillingness to travel to specific events. /liliReadiness for stand-by duties during specific events. /li /ulh3PERKS BENEFITS /h3pThe biggest benefit of a career at FIFA is the privilege to work for the beautiful game and create something that matters.
