In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 hotels and resorts ranging from simple group accommodation to upscale four‑star superior. The Parsenn Resort belongs to the group of Mountain Resorts. We are looking for a person for our Parsenn Resort by arrangement as: Front Office Employee 60‑100%. The Parsenn Resort is a holiday apartment complex with 30 managed apartments featuring a wellness and fitness area, a ski and bike room, and an underground car park. The resort is located directly on the valley run of the Parsenn ski area. In this position, you are responsible for guest care from A to Z. This includes creating offers, accepting reservations, and personal contact with the guests on site during their stay. If you are looking for a varied job, you are exactly right with us! Your tasks
Correspondence and care of our guests on site Carrying out check‑ins, check‑outs and apartment inspections Working with the hotel software PROTEL at the reception Receiving and processing emails and telephone calls Creating offers and reservation confirmations Checking the apartments for cleanliness and order Supporting the entire resort during peak times Your profile
Training: You have a commercial or equivalent training or experience as a front office employee Working method: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and flexible You work independently but also like to contribute to the team and are willing to help out in other areas of responsibility Commitment: You keep an overview in hectic situations, weekend shifts are fine for you Language: You have good German and English language skills in writing and speech and understand dialect We offer
