Product Management Working Student – Grid Modelling You will work with the Grid Modelling Product Team, supporting the digitalization of the power grid through high-quality grid models that underpin simulation, planning, and operations. Responsibilities
Support the product management team in idea generation by co‑developing solution concepts and constructively challenging assumptions. Use AI tools to accelerate brainstorming and de‑biasing, driving innovative approaches within the team. Maintain continuous discovery routines, supporting problem framing, assumption mapping, and customer interviews to keep insights actionable. Contribute to operational product management by supporting backlog maintenance, documenting decisions, updating stakeholders, and tracking feedback and key performance indicators. Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in engineering, information technology, or business with a technical focus. Eager to learn, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proactive mindset with interest at the intersection of business and engineering in a technical product environment. Comfortable taking ownership of structured tasks and either possess a basic understanding of power grids or be open to learning. Fluent in English; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus. Willing to spend at least one day per week in our Zurich or Zug office to collaborate in person and contribute to team ideation. Available for at least one year. Employee Benefits
