Provide exceptional customer service to all boutique clients. Sell and promote all boutique products to end consumers. Achieve all sales objectives and contribute to the boutique\’s overall goals. In this role, your main tasks will be to : Sales o Welcome and serve all customers with a friendly attitude, offering a comprehensive and memorable experienceo Develop familiarity with the product range, both past and present, to provide customers with detailed and accurate informationo Maintain a thorough understanding of the features of watches and other brand productso Offer reliable information to customers regarding sales and customer service inquirieso Assist in the presentation of merchandise according to guidelineso Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetso Provide exceptional customer service across all channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions Security o Assist in controlling stock shrinkage and losses through careful handling and attentive actions within the boutiqueo Adhere to administrative policies and procedures, particularly regarding cash handlingo Maintain general awareness of product security and potential riskso Follow company procedures for opening and closing the storeo Ensure proper handling of all deliveries Cash Handling and Payment Operations o Manage all transactions responsibly and securelyo Perform cashier duties, including payment processing and handling international currencieso Ensure accurate cash handling, credit card processing, and related tasks Store Maintenance o Ensure the boutique always remains clean and presentable, including the sales floor and back officeo Maintain awareness of health and safety standardso Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising standards Communication o Comply with company policies and regulationso Attend briefings as instructed by supervisorso Present yourself professionally to both customers and colleagueso Handle international clients with an understanding of their customs and culture Product Knowledge o Regularly participate in training sessionso Take responsibility for proactively learning about new products and applying training effectivelyo Provide customers with thorough product knowledgeProfilVocational training in sales (CFC) with a few years of experience in luxury boutiques, ideally in watchmakingPreferably from a watchmaking/jewelry backgroundExperience working with an international clienteleA passion for luxury retail or watches, with a natural enthusiasm for the productsCompétences requisesStrong sales and negotiation skillsBusiness acumen and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong planning and organizational abilitiesFlexible with working hours LanguesFluency in German and English is essentialKnowledge of other languages is an advantageLieu de travailZürichPersonne de contactJulie Heimann jid239070cafr jit0309afr
