The HRIS support model consists of four expertise levels, with the HRIS (Workday) Specialist focusing on technical and functional enhancements, system stability, and continuous improvement. This role collaborates with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, configure the system, manage integrations, and implement best practices to align Workday HRIS with business needs.Workday specialist – ASAPInternational organization. Description Support the Workday HRIS team with system enhancements, technical and functional improvements, and project execution.Provide best practices on configuration, integration setup, and knowledge transfer.Collaborate with IT and HR teams to strengthen the support model while ensuring minimal user disruption by adhering to SLAs.Drive efficiency, governance, and process improvements within the support model.Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday HRIS functionality, including managing data flows across the IT landscape.Implement system changes based on Workday updates and business needs, conducting regression testing to ensure stability.Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to enhance internal HRIS team capabilities.Recommend and document continuous improvements, configuration changes, and implementation strategies in line with the organization requirements.
