- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in C/C++ for embedded systems
- Good understanding of real-time operating systems, concepts, design, and patterns
- Experience in Testing and Firmware quality assurance including real-time debugging
- Fluent English
- Autonomy in managing tasks and ability to coordinate projects and teams effectively
- Good communication skills, team player, proactive, experience in managing sprints based on priorities

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware/applications for company products
- Design and implement firmware/applications for different microcontroller families and embedded Linux systems
- Test Firmware using debuggers, emulators, simulators, and logic analyzers
- Coordinate and manage tasks around real-time programming
- Investigate quality issues and non-conformities
- Support Product management and communicate directly with customers on their needs when needed
- Lead projects: this position offers a unique opportunity to grow in the role as project owner, taking full leadership and ownership of projects
