- This is a senior product leadership role focused on optimizing and growing simple, accessible trading experiences for retail customers across Europe.
- You will act as a product expert for European markets, identifying local customer needs, behavioral differences, and opportunities for growth.
- The role spans the full customer journey, from onboarding and funding through first purchase, repeat investment, portfolio management, and retention.
- You will simplify complex financial and crypto concepts into intuitive experiences designed for mainstream and first-time users.
- Working closely with design, engineering, data, compliance, operations, marketing, and local teams, you will turn insights into measurable product improvements.
- You will also shape market‑specific strategies around payments, recurring investment, savings, engagement, and lifecycle growth.
- The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence product direction across multiple European markets without direct people‑management responsibilities.
