• Lead client onboarding and coding integration programs, ensuring smooth transitions, stabilization, and long-term operational success.

• Oversee outpatient and physician coding operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, productivity, and turnaround time performance.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare coding, revenue cycle operations, or related healthcare services roles.
  
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing coding teams, integration programs, or large-scale operational initiatives.
  
• Strong expertise in physician and outpatient coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
