This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in Switzerland. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the marketing engine across multiple fast-growing digital entertainment brands within the iGaming ecosystem. You will define and execute a unified, group-wide marketing strategy spanning acquisition, branding, and performance. The role requires a hands‑on executive who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence, particularly across high-performance digital channels. You will lead the development of scalable marketing systems that drive measurable growth, customer acquisition, and long-term brand equity. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will influence commercial direction, new brand launches, and international expansion. This is a highly entrepreneurial environment where speed, innovation, and data‑driven decision‑making are central to success.

Accountabilities

  • Define and lead a unified, group-wide marketing strategy across multiple brands within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Own full‑funnel marketing strategy and execution, including performance marketing, brand development, content, and product marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee all acquisition channels such as SEO, PPC, affiliate, display, programmatic, and paid social to maximize scalable growth.
  • Build, structure, and mentor a high‑performing marketing organization, establishing robust processes and best‑in‑class marketing operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership on commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and the development of new brand and market opportunities.
  • Drive a strong data‑led culture, ensuring all marketing activity is measurable, optimized, and aligned with key business KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets strategically to maximize efficiency, performance, and long‑term growth impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within iGaming, online casino, sports betting, affiliate marketing, or a closely related digital industry.
  • Strong background in startup or scale‑up environments, with experience building or rapidly scaling consumer‑facing digital brands.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing and digital acquisition channels, with a strong understanding of conversion‑driven growth models.
  • Proven ability to develop brand strategy and creative direction while maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Highly analytical and data‑driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building, scaling, and motivating high‑performing international teams.
