Achieve sales objectives across assigned key accounts and therapeutic areas by executing effective territory and customer engagement strategies.
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with broader commercial objectives and market priorities.
Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, decision‑makers, and other key stakeholders within the healthcare system.
Analyze patient pathways and identify opportunities to improve access to treatments, remove barriers, and enhance patient outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Leverage CRM platforms, business dashboards, and data insights to optimize account planning and commercial performance.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while supporting omnichannel engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven success as a Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, or in a similar customer‑facing commercial role.
Strong understanding of the local healthcare system, reimbursement environment, and stakeholder landscape.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Customer‑centric mindset with strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship‑building abilities.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English.
Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency with CRM systems and data‑driven sales management.
