Reporting Analyst based in Switzerland. This role sits at the intersection of data quality, business intelligence, and product analytics within a fast‑paced, international digital environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and usability of reporting systems that support key business and product decisions. Working closely with analysts, product teams, and stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into structured reporting solutions and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Monitor and validate data quality, ensuring consistency, completeness, and accuracy across reports and dashboards
Perform regular checks to guarantee timely updates and reliability of reporting datasets
Build, maintain, and optimize automated dashboards and reports tracking key product and business metrics using tools such as Tableau
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data pipelines, including extraction, transformation, and reporting layers
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure correct interpretation of business metrics
Support continuous improvement of reporting workflows and dashboard performance to enhance usability and efficiency
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with BI and data visualization tools, ideally Tableau
Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL) with experience writing complex analytical queries
Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical and reporting solutions
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
Experience working with stakeholders, including requirements gathering, solution design, and presenting insights
Ability to work independently and manage reporting tasks end-to-end in a fast‑paced environment
Good command of English (Pre‑Intermediate or higher)
