We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to play a key role in ensuring the continued airworthiness of the fleet and providing top-quality maintenance services to the valued customers.Aircraft Maintenance Manager (Part-CAO / FOCA Recognized)Job-ID 68161Your ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the coordination and execution of aircraft maintenance in accordance with EASA regulations and FOCA requirements (Part-CAO)Ensuring the continued airworthiness of 45 CAMO-supervised aircraft and additional external customer aircraft with the goal of growing the maintenance businessPlanning, supervision, and quality control of Maintenance activitiesTeam leadership: deployment planning, guidance, and development of aircraft technicians and mechanicsEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements (EASA, FOCA) and internal quality standardsOversight of documentation, maintenance records, and audit readinessInterface with national aviation authorities, suppliers, and internal departmentsResponsibility for spare parts logistics and technical procurementContribution to technical projects and continuous improvement initiativesYour ProfileCompleted technical training in aviation or aircraft maintenance, preferably with EASA Part-66 B1.2 Aircraft Mechanic License with the „Full Group 3 – Piston-Engine Aeroplanes“ ratingSeveral years of experience in aircraft maintenance, combined with well-developed leadership skills- ideally in a management or supervisory role as Maintenance ManagerMeeting the FOCA requirements as Maintenance Manager in accordance with Part-CAO regulationsSolid knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-145, Part-M, Part-CAO)Proven leadership and communication skills with a strong focus on team development, operational efficiency and customer satisfactionBusiness- oriented mindset with readiness to take on P&L responsibility for the maintenance unitHighest level of safety, quality, and process awarenessWillingness to work flexible hours, including on-call availabilityFluent in English (written and spoken); German is an assetWe OfferA key position with responsibility and development potential at a regional airportA supportive team and short decision-making pathsAn exciting and dynamic work environment in general and commercial aviationContinuing education opportunitiesStart: ASAPDuration: UnlimitedContract: PermanentPensum: Full time (80-100%)Work place: Regional Airport BirrfeldAre you interested in this challenging job offer?
