Social network you want to login/join with:Responsibilities:Manage the accounts receivable team including training, development and performance management.Oversee daily operations of the accounts receivable department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports and manage the collection process.Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce aged receivables.Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and processing of customer payments.Collaborate with the sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.Maintain and update records of invoices, debits, and credits, customer masterdata.Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations i.e. SOX, US GAAP, etc.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Participate in the company-wide ERP Migration project for the process in scope.Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed.Requirements and Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.Professional certification: e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus.Languages: Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.Technical Skills: Expertise in Excel.Personal Skills: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines; capable of setting-up priorities among multiple deliverables; excellent ability to interact with all hierarchical levels of the company; strong communication and interpersonal skills, diplomacy.Professional Experience: Min. 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position/international environment; previous experience of people management is a strong advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
