Business Development Executive (Korean Speakers)

Job Description As a Business Development Executive, you will arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts. Detailed Duties and Responsibilities Plan webinars, seminars, and promotions for targeted markets. Conduct market research regularly. Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts. Develop strategies for specific markets. Maintain good relationships with clients, both existing and new. Attend major industry events. Identify key markets and gather input. Present products and services to clients. The Profile Targeted Qualifications Fluency in Korean (C1/C2 level or higher). Fluency in English (B2 level or higher). Team player with a strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Minimum 1+ years in a similar role within the financial sector. Willingness to travel is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Problem solver with analytical skills. Confident, energetic, helpful, and trustworthy. Efficient, organized, and punctual. Flexible and adaptable to responsibilities and changes. Active listening skills. Accurate and detail-oriented.
