Our client, an international industry company based in the Zurich area, is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) — a key role dedicated to attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.Your Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals.Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.Design and oversee incentive schemes, bonus programs, and other reward initiatives.Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management decision-making.Collaborate with HR partners to integrate compensation strategies into broader talent management initiatives.Support the communication of benefits programs to employees and provide guidance on their utilization.Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our offerings.Manage vendor relationships with external providers of benefits services.Your Profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR analytics.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems.Knowledge of legal frameworks governing employee compensation and benefits.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.What We Offer:An innovative environment where your expertise makes a real impact.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a global organization.A collaborative team culture that values your ideas and initiative.Competitive salary package and attractive benefits.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting#J-18808-Ljbffr
