Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.Your missionDesign and develop lightweight, high-performance solutions using advanced composite materials and processes.Deliver innovative and robust 3D and 2D composite design solutions that meet specifications, time, and budget targets.Collaborate with other engineering departments, including aerodynamics, mechanical design, structures design, reliability, manufacturing, and testing to align goals with performance, costs, and reliability.Identify and resolve composite parts reliability and quality control issues.Contribute to the continuous improvement of design process standards and methodologies.Your profileStrong knowledge of composite materials and their manufacturing processes.Proven experience in designing and delivering significant composite car projects.Ability to perform hand calculations and a good understanding of finite element analysis results.Proven track record of delivering complex design projects under tight deadlines with a structured, proactive approach.Extensive experience in composite design and engineering using CATIA or Siemens NX.Strong understanding of DFM principles and the ability to develop robust designs using DFMEA.Excellent communication skills—capable of presenting concepts clearly in design reviews and stakeholder meetings.A flexible, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation, high performance, and continuous learning.We are an equal opportunities employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
