We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person to join our team as a roaming concierge. Responsibilities include building maintenance, green space upkeep, managing maintenance requests across multiple sites, and participating in site improvement projects. The ideal candidate is autonomous, responsive, service-oriented, and physically fit for outdoor work. Responsibilities: Interior and exterior surface maintenance Green space maintenance Autonomous inspections Managing maintenance activities Handling requests and minor repairs Processing daily reports, delivery notes, and work tickets Supervising contracted work Proposing and implementing improvements Managing small repair projects Snow removal Technical standby according to schedule Profile: Certificate as an operational agent / landscaper or equivalent Several years of experience in a similar role Experience in managing small projects Fluent in French Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Driver’s license required (company vehicle provided) Autonomous, responsive, good prioritization, communication skills Strong interpersonal and service orientation Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors Note: We accept direct applications only.
