Become part of our dynamic, international team!Leading the team with the store- and assistant store managerHelp recruit new employees according to a predefined profile and with the approval of HR and retail management.Integrate and train new employees.Passionately promote the brand to enhance customer service.Support and develop co-workers\‘ skills, ensuring ongoing professional growth and employment during sales (selling skills, product knowledge, visual merchandising).Organize and conduct meetings in collaboration with the store- and assistant store manager.Regularly evaluate the performance, skills, and development of team members through MAGs and other tools.Build trust by recognizing successes and addressing issues with co-workers.Act as a neutral party or mediator in conflicts.Organize weekly meetings at minimum.Motivate and empower co-workers daily to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Maintain knowledge of different collections and products (trends, styles, materials, etc.).Monitor store operations to ensure a unique purchase experience (team availability, customer care quality, checkout speed, role rotation).Ensure the delivery of services such as repairs, exchanges, vouchers, and mail orders.Remain vigilant against theft to prevent losses.Oversee tour-guide activities as needed.Setting the scene for the brand (image, product presentation, merchandising)Maintain a safe, tidy, and clean store environment.Ensure a comfortable atmosphere for customers (lighting, music, ambiance).Organize and execute product presentations following merchandising standards and adapting to store specifics.Leading the store in collaboration with the store- and assistant store managerManage contracts and plans in compliance with labor laws.Optimize operational expenses affecting the profit and loss statement.Serve as a role model in adhering to cash register procedures and financial protocols.Analyze sales results and indicators to develop actionable plans.Ensure effective information flow within the team and to management.Store organization in collaboration with the store- and assistant store managerMaintain the store\’s condition and necessary materials.Monitor organization and cleanliness of stock and back office areas.Handle logistical tasks, including quality and quantity control of deliveries, unpacking, and stock placement.Apply product flow procedures, including handling returns, transfers, and defective goods.Confirm orders and ensure optimal stock replenishment based on stock analysis.ProfileIn addition to main tasks, the deputy flagship store manager should:Lead the team in collaboration with the store manager.Drive sales growth.Enhance the brand\’s presence.Oversee overall store organization and management alongside the store manager.Commitment to progressThe behavioral model requires all employees to take professional responsibility.
