Financial Analyst - Pharma Industry

Job Summary:The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial and analytical support to the organization. In this role, you will complete variance analysis to make recommendations to drive value and find potential errors. You will develop processes, reporting tools and templates to analyze trends, perform complex analysis and create recommendations to ensure profitability. You will work closely with Shared Services to ensure consistent reporting to internal customers and business owners.What you will be working on:Evaluate datasets to identify variances and opportunitiesComplete financial modeling to understand additional value achieved by entitySupport the Financial close and Forecast preparationProduce and maintain monthly reporting and analysisPreparation and maintenance of monthly reports and analysesWorking with tech business partners to develop and enhance the delivery of business informationCollaborating with Shared Services and internal partners to ensure accurate invoicingYour Profile:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, financial degree/training is a plus3+ years of financial analysis experience with demonstrated ability to analyze and collaborate with a cross-functional teamsActive knowledge of English (C1 level)Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft ExcelA plus: Knowledge in: PowerPoint, SQL, Power Bi and IBM Cognos AnalyticsExcellent technical, analytical, and communication skills Why Join Ascent Health Services?We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
