We are an international company based in Zurich and are looking for a Head of FP&A who will contribute to the growth of our finance department and lead a team of 5 to 8 employees. Main Responsibilities: Development and oversight of budget and forecast processes. Analysis of variances and preparation of action recommendations. Identification of financial risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making. Supporting the management team with strategic decisions by providing well-founded analyses and reports. Analysis of investment projects, business opportunities, and market trends. Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and other stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements. Leadership and development of a team of 5 to 8 people. Promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Improvement and automation of existing financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Implementation and utilization of cutting-edge financial tools and technologies. Qualifications and Requirements: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role in Financial Planning & Analysis. Strong analytical and strategic skills. Extensive knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
