Your mission Development of the Commercial Sales market within EMEA by way of growing network and establishing key account and new distributors partnerships Handling customers within the region in terms of sales, and being a communication point for aftersales, marketing Meet annual sales targets and objectives Responsible to target and develop customers in coffee machine and equipment distributors, key accounts, roasters in the region Support marketing activities in the region Develop and implement specific sales and marketing strategies for existing and target customers Work closely with relevant departments within the group throughout the sales process Conduct sales trainings to the current and new customers Your profile A results-driven sales leader with at least 10 years experience in B2B sales Strong background in developing key accounts and distributor partnerships in technical or B2B sectors, ideally in coffee equipment or similar industries Demonstrated ability to align sales efforts with marketing strategies for optimal outcomes A proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and leadership skills Expertise in planning, budgeting, and forecasting sales volumes for future growth Strong ability to identify and create new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement Experience in launching and coordinating new products in collaboration with marketing and sales teams Skilled in conducting customer meetings to drive sales activities and build long-term relationships Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region MBA qualification is highly preferred About us Creating Quality Coffee Moments Hemro Group is a global group of innovators creating the world’s most advanced coffee grinding technology across our four world-renowned brands: Mahlkönig, Ditting, Anfim and HeyCafé.
