Join us to be a part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future.Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and visionary Innovation Manager to support and coach our teams in their innovation initiatives. This role will be part of the Innovation Management & New Technologies team, focusing on driving innovative projects and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a keen eye for identifying market trends, and the ability to guide projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops to foster creative thinking and problem-solving. Managing the medmix Ideation platform.Identify new market opportunities and emerging technologies resulting in new innovation projects that foster business growth.Guide cross-functional teams through the innovation process.Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as startups, academic institutions, and industry experts.Contribute to the advancement of the medmix Innovation System.Support in developing and implementing innovation strategies.Play an active role in strengthening the medmix innovation culture.Help to monitor and evaluate innovation project portfolios, including tracking and progress and business impact.Prepare reports on innovation initiatives and ensuring data healthiness in our innovation platform.QualificationsBachelor\’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with further education in economics.6+ years of experience in innovation management, product management, business development or a similar role, within an international environment.Understanding of market trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape.Experience with strategic foresight, venture building, design thinking, agile methodologies like Scrum, and other innovation frameworks.Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new products and/or services end-to-end.Very good coaching and mentoring skills with experience in change management.Ability to think creatively and strategically, results focused with business acumen.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Business proficient in English, German skills could be advantageAdditional Informationmedmix is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.93% of our employees would go above and beyond to deliver results – do you have the drive to succeed?
