Investment Director Secondaries, Global Private Equity Investor, Geneva or Zurich, Switzerland About our client We are working with a global investment manager whose private equity secondaries team is about to launch their 5th vintage and is looking for a seasoned investor to join them in Geneva or Zurich and focus on the full range of secondary transactions as well as co-investments in Europe. What the job involves Sourcing new secondary investment opportunities through existing relationships with GPs and intermediaries. Detailed review and due diligence of investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation and sensitivity analysis of single asset and multi-asset investment opportunities. Prepare investment proposals and manage the closing process of transactions. Ensure monitoring and reporting process of the investment portfolio. Support in client-facing activities such as update calls, investor and fundraising meetings. Who we are looking for Proven experience in private equity (primaries and/or secondaries), with a background in M&A and/or transaction services. Expertise in financial modelling, (in particular financial statement analysis), financial accounting and corporate finance. University or equivalent degree from a top tier institution.
