Fluency in English and French is necessary.Your Tasks:General support of users during the transfer and commissioning of the new devices at various locations in French-speaking Switzerland and BerneCheck OneDrive file synchronisation on the old deviceSet up the new deviceConnect to LAN / WLANFind out the users\‘ most important work applications and start them accordinglySupport users during the Modern Authentication migration processYour Profile:High willingness to travel by public transport (or own car), place of residence no further than half an hour from LausanneExperience in support (technical helpdesk and/or technical second-level support)Experience with PC replacementYou are familiar with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)Professional appearance, reliable and punctualTechnical knowledge (Windows 11, notebook hardware)Experience with Windows / iOS / AndroidExperience in security and compliance (not mandatory, but preferred)Fluent skills in French and EnglishSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesProfessional Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
