This practice consists of more than 30 specialist lawyers which form a dynamic and successful team. The Associate will specialize in corporate finance transactions, structured finance (including asset based lending) and related corporate law matters.Whether you have just finished your legal education including bar exam or have already obtained working experience and/or an LL.M. degree and are excited to work on challenging assignments alongside your team members, we would be delighted to receive your application.
