Play a key role in advancing our Technology Strategy & Transformation offerings, driving new project acquisition, and cultivating client relationships.Work within an inspiring, international team, receive regular feedback, and access top-tier training in technical and soft skills.Engage with our diverse global network, collaborate with experts, participate in training, and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Mentor emerging talents, guiding their professional growth and fostering a learning-oriented environment.Your Skill SetScientific/technical background (e.g., computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, engineering) or in economics, with 6-9 years of experience leading and supporting strategic technology or transformation projects.Proven experience managing technology consulting projects in the Public sector (e.g., Swiss government, cantons, public institutions).Experience with consulting methodologies and frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, IPMA, PRINCE2, SCRUM, HERMES, etc.).Ability to understand complex scenarios and develop entrepreneurial, solution-oriented approaches.Interest in team development, expanding service offerings, and leadership or coaching experience is preferred.Any questions?
