Market Manager - Repo Trading Operations & Functional Design (f / m / d)

The Repo Trading Operations & Functional Design team is responsible for monitoring the fair and orderly trading of all electronic markets of Eurex Repo (GC Pooling, GC Pooling Select Invest, GC Repo, Special Repo, HQLAx) as well as the further development of the trading platform with regard to functional design. The team supports the customer during market opening hours with operational questions or problems with trading on Eurex Repo. A further and essential task is the administrative set-up of new customers and traders in the trading system as well as the daily maintenance of securities for the collateral basket. The team maintains and coordinates the post-trading interfaces for clearing and settlement downstream of the trading operations. The team also tests new and existing trading components and functionalities prior to a release launch and supports customers in their testing with the trading system. The team acts as a competence center for the functional design of the trading platform with regard to new markets, products, services and new technology in close coordination with the Funding & Financing Product & Business Development Team as well as with the IT.Your responsibilityOperational monitoring of the Eurex Repo trading system for all markets (GC Pooling, GC Pooling Select Invest, GC Repo, Special Repo, HQLAx)Daily monitoring (quoting, trading) of the repo trading marketsCustomer support in the connection process, customer correspondence and telephone support of clients in using the trading platform in German and EnglishMaintenance and administration of the customer database (participants, traders) and securities master data as well as administrative activitiesTesting of new and existing trade components and functionalitiesFunctional input / design of the trading platform for the further development and implementation of new markets, products and servicesParticipate in ongoing internal and external projects, such as system development, automation initiatives and developments of new markets, products, services and new technologiesYour profileCommercial education at a financial services company and / or advanced higher education with professional experience in the banking / securities sector or trading and as a business analystKnowledge of trading market model, funding & financing markets and first experience for new technology (blockchain, distributed-ledger-technology, crypto currencies)Ability to think in a networked way and understanding of pre- and post-trading processesInnovative personality who wants to play an active role in the further development of the trading infrastructure as well as high resilience and self-motivationGood and calm communication skills, even in hectic phases, as well as the ability to work in a teamIndependent, structured, very precise and customer-oriented way of workingFlexibility and a good handling of office (especially excel skills) and system applicationsProfessional English language skills (advanced level) in spoken and written form, knowledge of French would be of advantageWe are committed to providing a work environment where everyone feels welcome and can reach their full potential.
