Act as the representative for these activities within Supply Operations. Oversee lifecycle management of the Packaging portfolio to ensure supply continuity. Manage technical transfer of technology between sites and with contract manufacturing organizations. Guarantee efficient project management methodologies to deploy projects on time. Represent on-site during new product development to prepare product launches.Process Management: Be the owner of process validation strategy at the packaging level. Draft URS, validation plans, and all related documentation. Execute process validation, material qualification, packaging performance validation, and shipping validation following SOPs. Manage and collaborate on risk analysis (process, product, technical). Support technical qualification led by other departments.Compliance, Quality, and Documentation: Ensure validation documentation is up-to-date in the document management system. Maintain project traceability in quality and project management systems. Lead project deviation investigations. Serve as the subject matter expert for process validation and new product launch projects.Your Profile:Master\’s degree in Engineering or Pharmaceutical field with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience.Strong familiarity with cGMPs and regulatory guidelines.Technical knowledge of packaging and assembly processes.Ability to apply scientific and engineering skills to develop innovative solutions.Strong leadership and a competitive mindset for cross-functional interactions.Fluent in French and English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
