RAMS Engineer

We supply products approved in our customers’ countries or markets and deliver top-notch supply chain and customer services locally.You are responsible for implementing the activities related to Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety (RAMS), and Life Cycle Costs (LCC). You will also be sporadically taking part in RAMS and safety training and courses.The main tasks within this important and safety-relevant function are:Analysis of electronic assemblies, creation of component models and implementation of reliability analysesContribution to the customer projects and product development projects as RAMS specialistCoordination of activities in order to carry out Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)Checking customer-specific system configurations for compliance with the normative requirements for RAM/LCCRequirementsAs a Rams Engineer, you would have:An electronics university degree (or similar); software knowledge is an advantageVery good communication and documentation skills in both French and EnglishAt least three years of experience in RAMS/LCC in railway, automotive or aerospace industryBasic knowledge of reliability prediction methodsKnowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128/EN 50657, EN 50129 is an advantageExperience in a safety-related environment is an advantageMental flexibility and a thirst for knowledgeAble to work autonomously as well as in a team and willing to pass on specialized knowledgeAbility to identify and assess vulnerabilities, risks and opportunitiesWhat we offer:We have flat hierarchies and encourage direct communication between departments and management levels.
