The contract is permanent.As a brand ambassador, the Sales Assistant will perform the following duties:VENDITAProvide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations, with excellent knowledge of products, brand history, and values.Advise clients based on current fashion trends and market developments in mid-luxury, showing passion for fashion.Welcome and assist demanding clients.Foster customer loyalty through personalized consultations.Enhance the brand image by delivering unique and personalized service.Increase sales by promoting products effectively.Achieve personal and store goals through in-depth knowledge of the collection and clients.MERCHANDISINGOrganize the sales area and products according to company guidelines.Ensure visual standards are market-leading.Implement visual merchandising of collections following guidelines provided by the company and Store Manager.OPERATIONSWork as part of a team to ensure excellent store management.Assist in stock management and deliveries.QualificheAt least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in the high-end prêt-à-porter sector.Passion for fashion and good knowledge of the industry and trends.High level of customer service and business sense.Polished appearance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.Good stress management, flexibility, and ability to multitask.Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.Ulteriori informazioni#INDFR #J-18808-Ljbffr
