We currently have an opportunity for a Salesforce Technical Lead in our Geneva, CH location.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign and present complex, multi-Cloud Salesforce architecture and integration capabilitiesLead consultative engagements with client on the technical challenges related to their digital transformation initiativesLead development teams and advise on technical guidance and best practicesIdentifying technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolveDesign and lead implementation of release management / DevOps processesDesign solutions in full compliance with non-functional requirements (e.g. security, data confidentiality, performance, integration)Qualifications5+ years IT experience focused on Salesforce4+ years of Salesforce technical delivery and developmentHolds multiple Salesforce certifications, with a minimum Application or System Architect levelsExperience with enterprise integration platforms like Mulesoft is an advantageConsultant certifications in one or more Salesforce Cloud are a plusProven track record of design and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce projects, in the role of technical lead for 2+ years#J-18808-Ljbffr
